Every year, the London Hunt and Country Club opens the Club’s doors to support the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic (FKSMC). An internationally renowned Sport Medicine Clinic, Fowler Kennedy is a vital part of the health care community in London and the region. Your registration and support help FKSMC, a not-for-profit organization, continue its innovative work by supporting equipment purchases, research programs and community outreach helping active people stay active!

Early Bird Registration Fee (March 31-May 11): $245/player
Registration Fee (May 12-July 21): $270/player
Boxed Lunch & Dinner provided
Dress Code: Club Casual
If you are interested in attending but do not want to register for Tennis or Pickleball,
you can purchase a dinner ticket separately ($100).

PAY ONSITE: You may also pay on game day, July 23. Please contact Peyton McDowell at pmcdowe4@uwo.ca to register before the event. Participants cannot register on the day of. Day of payments do not qualify for the early bird rate and will be charged $270.
